RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 18,
2000, and executed by Freedom Investments LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability Company, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$179,777.14 which mortgage was recorded in the oftìce of the COllnty Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln COllnty, State of Wyoming, on the 21 st of July, 2000, in Book 449 of
Mortgages, at Page 086 as document number 867121 and peliaining to the following described
real estate in said County, to-wit:

"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 16th day of
December, 2005.
