PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A
Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of August 12, 1999, made and executed by Ann Barrett and Gregory Barrett,
Husband and Wife as mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$35,881.55 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 13th day of August 1999,
in Book 434 PR of Mortgages, at Page 441, as instrument number 860701, and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
It being expressly understood and agr~ed that this partial release shall not ?ffect the
said mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the
remainder of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
