QUITCLAIM DEED
Star Valley Storage, a Wyoming General Partnership, Eugene D. Roberts and Burtis L.
Roberts, General Partners, of Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for the consideration of
TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to Star Valley Storage LLC, a Wyoming close limited liability company, grantee, of
c/o Burtis L. Roberts, PO Box 393, Freedom, WY 83120, all interest in the following described real
estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:

A portion of the SW1/4 of Section 24, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
The True Point of Beginning being a Spike marking the Southwest corner of Section
24; thence N1°07'14"E, along the West line of said Section 24, 537.80 feet to an
Iron Pipe set; thence S89°07'00"E 405.00 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence
S1°07'14"W 537.80 feet to a PK Nail set at a point in the South line of said Section
24; thence N89°07'00"W, along said South line, 405.00 feet, to the True Point of
Beginning, containing 5.000 Acres of land.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 60-foot Right-of-Way Easement along the
South line of the above described parcel, being Lincoln County Road No. 12-115
Right-of-Way.

EXCEPTING and RESERVING therefrom, a perpetual 30-foot wide Right-of-Way
Easement for Ingress, Egress and all Utilities along the West line of the above-
described parcel of real property as set forth in a Warranty Deed dated July 13,
2000, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on July 25, 2000, in
Book 449 PR, page 167.
TOGETHER WITH: Any and all personal property located on the ground.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Rights-of-Way,
Restrictions, Reservations, Improvements and Water rights, Reservoir and Reservoir
rights of every kind and appurtenant to or in any way belonging to said real property
of sight and/or record.
