WARRANTY DEED
FRED A. PIERCE and LA VENA C. PIERCE, Trustees of the PIERCE LIVING TRUST, elated
January 22, 1992, of P.O. Box 870, Thayne, Wyoming, 83127, hereinafter referred tn as
"Grantors," for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to FRIESIAN FARM, LLC, a Wyoming Close Limited Liability Company,
hereinafter refelTed to as "Grantee," of P.O. Box 870, Thayne, Wyoming, 83001, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and relensing
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption lmvs of the State, to wit:
WYzSW~ of Section 27, T35N R119W of the 61h P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covennnts, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
