KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
BRUCE L. DANA AND BRENDA G. DANA,
Husband and Wife,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is ht:reby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

following described premises, to-wit:
A portion of the NW~NWI~ of Section 14, T33N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

The true point of beginning being an iron pipe set at a point in the South line of said
NW~NW~, said point being 898.259 feet, along said South line, N 89°46'15" E, from the
BLM type Monument set marking the Southwest corner of said NW ~ NW ~;
thence North 193.140 feet to an iron pipe set;
thence East 226.754 feet to an iron pipe set;
thence S 0°24'40" W, 192.244 feet to an iron pipe found in the South line of said
NW~NW~;
thence S 89°46'15" W, along said South line 225.376 feet to the true point of beginning.

LESS AND EXCEPT any land lying outside the land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded
August 19, 1988 in Book 264PR on page 485 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk.
