IV.' 0 Temporary Waterline Easement With Restrictions Balls, Clines, Barrus, Johnson Temporary Easement for the waterline servicing the four residences above is granted by ~~.idge,across whose land this waterline was buried with no contractual record or surveying of recorded locatiori. However, For the purpose of this easement.it is believed to be located as described in exibit A The restrictions on this temporary easement are as follows: 1] Should any modifications such as enlargement of transport size or depth of line, or repairs be necessary, the line shall be moved to the easement within that known on record as the Big Ridge Road. If none of the above occur before the new easement recorded as the Doherty easement is developed, it shall be moved in conjunction with the new easements developement and into the new easement with Mr. Dohertys knowledge and approval.
