Ohio general partnership, 2910 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, 011 44105, Grantor, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND \V ARRANTS to OSPREY
RANCH, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, 2910 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio
44105, Grantee, and its sllccessors and assigns, property located in Grover, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The SE1/4NEl/4 of Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting therefrom, however, those lands that were
described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded March 7, 1990, in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming land records in Book 283PR at Page 589 as Instrument No. 714485. Said
property comprising approximarely 30 acres, more or less.
Together with improvements thereon. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record.

ITereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
