WATERLINE EASEMENT
June LaNae Jensen, Successor Trustee of the June Nield Revocable Trust
dated January 4, 1990, Grantor, of PO Box 1059, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANT AND CONVEY to Troy Nield,
Trina Lancaster, Toby Nield, and Tara Erickson, as tenants in common, Grantees,
whose address is 601 Lincoln Street, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described non-
exclusive perpetual right-of-way and waterline easement for the following purposes:
1. PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. This easement is granted for the purpose of a
20 foot waterline easement, including the right of ingress and egress for the
purpose of maintaining the waterline located within the easement.

CONDITIONS OF THIS EASEMENT. The conditions of this easement are:
a. The easement may not be fenced by the Grantees without the prior
written consent of the Grantors.
b. The Grantees acknowledge that there are gates and fences which
intersect this easement where it enters into the Grantors' property and
leaves the Grantors' property and the Grantors reserve the right to
maintain said fences and gates.
c. Grantors reserve the right to use this easement for any and all uses
that do not interfere with the rights granted herein.

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT. The easement is described as follows:
That parcel of property as more fully described on Exhibit "A" a copy of which
is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

3. BINDING EFFECT. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and enure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest,
and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
