Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL ¿EN BY THESE PRESENTS, That David W. Fallon, of the
County of ~h' r:.-l/~ ,State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimèd and by these presents does for his heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Paul W. Nemetz and
Dorothy L. Nemetz. husband and wife. whose address is PO Box 3078, Alpine,
WY 83128, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand,
as he may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-
wit:
Lot 22 of the Broken Wheel Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all
buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. " J
