SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
TIDS INDENTURE, made the ~ day of December, 2005 by and between the

COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC,
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of California and baving its principal place of business in the
County of Ventura the GRANTOR, and
MITCHELL OWEN MILES AND SHERRI B. MILES,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is P.O. Box 186, Afton, WY 83110
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT only as against all claiming
by, through or under it unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit:
That part of Lot 2, Block 2 of the Original Townsite of Afton, within Section 30,
T32N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 237 of Photostatic Records on
page 662 and part of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 272
Photostatic Records on page 201, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence N 88°14'04" W, 174.5 feet
along the South line of said Lot 2 to an intersection with the East line of said tract in
Book 272;
thence N 43°14'04" W, 67.88 feet to a point;
thence N 88°14'04" W, 107.5 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 2;
thence N 01 °45'56" E, 150.0 feet along the said West line, to the Northwest
corner of said tract in Book 237PR;
thence S 88°14'04" E, 330.0 feet along the North line of said tract of record in
Book 237, to an intersection with the East line of said Lot 2;
thence S 01 °45'56" W, 198.0 feet along the said East line to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the Grantor has caused these presentc¡ to he signed hy its duly
authorized officer, the day and year rust above written.
