Box 186, Afton, WY 83110 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT only as against all claiming by, through or under it unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: That part of Lot 2, Block 2 of the Original Townsite of Afton, within Section 30, T32N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 237 of Photostatic Records on page 662 and part of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 272 Photostatic Records on page 201, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence N 88°14'04" W, 174.5 feet along the South line of said Lot 2 to an intersection with the East line of said tract in Book 272; thence N 43°14'04" W, 67.88 feet to a point; thence N 88°14'04" W, 107.5 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 2; thence N 01 °45'56" E, 150.0 feet along the said West line, to the Northwest corner of said tract in Book 237PR; thence S 88°14'04" E, 330.0 feet along the North line of said tract of record in Book 237, to an intersection with the East line of said Lot 2; thence S 01 °45'56" W, 198.0 feet along the said East line to the CORNER OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
