does make, constitute and appoint James M. Flint as my true and lawful attorney for me and
in my name, place and stead to sell and convey and execute all documents, including but not
limited to, Deeds, Settlement Statements, Affidavits, Contracts and Agreements necessary to sell

of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
