and between Robert A. Harrower and Karen B. Harrower, Trustees, or their successors in trust, C 0 ( 6P S
under the Harrower Living Trust dated May 2, hereinafter referred to as sellers and Bradley ,-
Thoren and Sharon Thoren, husband and wife, whose address is PO Box 357, Farson, WYQming
82932, hereinafter referred to as buyers.
WITNESSETH:
For the purchase price and upon the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in that
certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Property bearing the date of the 220d of
November, 2005, from seller to buyer, all of which terms, covenants and conditions are hereby
made a part hereof as fully and completely as if herein specifically set out in full, seller has
agreed to sell and buyer and convey unto buyer the following real property, situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, described as follows:
T26N R115W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
The Nl/2 SI/2 of Tract 46, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the west line of Tract 46, said point being located N.00003'38"E., a
distance of 1319.02 feet from the south west corner of Tract 46; thence from said point of
beginning, N.00003'38"E., continuing along the west line of Tract 46, a distance of 1319.02 feet
(said distance being one fourth ofthe total length of the west line of Tract 46) ; thence,
S.89°56'04"E., a distance of 1318.84 feet to a point on the east line of Tract 46; thence
S.00005'03"W., along the east line of Tract 46, a distance of 1318.76 feet (said distance being
one fourth of the total length of the east line of Tract 46); thence, N.89°56'46"W., a distance of
1318.29 feet to the point of beginning. Total area, 40 acres, more or less

Subject, however, to the seller's lien and right to terminate the Agreement in accordance
with it's terms, should buyer default in any ofthe terms or conditions contained in said
agreement.
