to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

whose address is P.O. Box 1533, Afton, WY 83110 their heirs, successors and assigns, forever, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter acquire

Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
215PR on page 35, described as follows:

Beginning at a spike on the west line of Section 7, S 00°05'00" E, 187.05 feet from the
northwest corner of said NlhNW~;
thence N 89°45'54" E, 648.00 feet, along the south line of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 189PR on page 5, in part, to a point;
thence N 00°05'00" E, 187.05 feet, to a point on the north line of said Section 7;
thence N 8'9°45'54" E, 649.58 feet, along said north line, to a point;
thence S 00°14'06" E, 405.71 feet, to a point;
thence N 89°58'26" W, 1299.81 feet, to a spike on said west line;
thence N 00°05'00" E, 212.74 feet, along said west line, to the Spike of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all tights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
