WARRANTY-CLAIM DEED
ROBERT H. BEARD of Daniel, Sublette County, State of Wyoming, GRANTOR,
hereby CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Lisa M. Garner, GRANTEE, of Afton, Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration the follow described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
An undivided .089286% interest in and to Lot 9 County Vista Phase 2 Subdivision
according to the official Plat thereof, recorded in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, containing 15.032 acres more or less, together with water rights, and
any and all improvements thereon, and subject to all easements, rights-of-way and
mineral reservations of record, if any.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto Grantee, and into Grantee's assigns
forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
The property herein conveyed is not part of Grantor's homestead, and if the Grantor is
married, the conveyance is joined by both husband and wife.
