QUIT CLAIM DEED
TINA STOKER, alk/a TINA LUTlll, grantor of the County of Lincoln, and State
of WyoßÙng, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
FOREVER QUIT CLAIMS to nM STOKER, grantee, of the County of Lincoln, State of
WyoßÙng, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described real estate situated in
the County of Lincoln and State of WyoßÙng, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot I, Rayco Ranch Estates, Lincoln County WyoßÙng, according to that plat
filed September 7, 1995 as Instrument No. 807879 in the Office of County Clerk, Lincoln
County, WyoßÙng.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
