Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, (mailing address: PO Box 16, Smoot, WY 83126), grantor, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged. and other good and valuable consideration, CONVEYS and QUITC~IMS to
Jeffrey Reeves and Barbara Mechaley. for an undivided 1/2 interest each as tenants in common.
of PO Box 47. Fairview, WY 83119, grantees. the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the East boundary line of the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 6,
T30N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, that is 60.00 feet South
from the NE corner of said NE1/4SE1/4. and running thence West parallel to the
North boundary line of said NE1I4SE1/4, 1,317.00 feet, more or less, to a point in
the West boundary line of said NE1/4SE1/4 that is 60 feet South of the NW corner
of said NE1/4SE1/4; thence South along said West boundary line 599 feet; thence
East parallel to said North boundary line, 1,317.00 feet, more or less, to said East
boundary line; thence North along said East boundary line. 599 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning, containing 18 acres. more or less.
