With respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded OCTOBER 15. 1984. Book 219 PR, Page 675 was in the office of the County Clerk ¡;md Ex-officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property owned X or being purchased by Richard Bodin. 791 Rose A V. East. St. Paul. MN .55106, described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected.
