IN TillS MATTER, Plaintiffs Diane Virginia Mangue f/k/a Diane Virginia Riley, Frank
K. Quaney, and Patricia E. Quaney have been granted a default judgment on their Complaint to
Quiet Title.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the title to the lands in Star Valley Ranch, Thayne, Lincoln County,
Wyoming owned by Plaintiffs Diane Virginia Mangue f/k/a Diane Virginia Riley, Frank K.
Quaney, and Patricia E. Quaney, which is that property described in the Warranty Deed
Warranty Deed that was recorded August 19, 1985, in Book 229PR at Page 671 as Instrument

Ross Brown, Other Heirs of Ross M. Brown, and Any and All Other Interested Persons or
