that he is an attorney for ~ Ridge Homes. Inc.. a Wyoming corporation, licensed to do
business in the State of Wyoming, whose principal address is 15 Cedar Creek Rd.,
Freedom, Wyoming 83120. The undersigned hereby gives notice of intention to hold and
claim a lien upon the property and improvements thereon owned and reputed to be owned
by D~8. Sutherland. located in Lincoln County. Wyoming, more particularly described

The amount demanded hereby is $10,526.22. as of December 15, 2005. owing to
the undersigned for furnishing building materials used in the construction of a building,
structure or improvement upon the above described property.
The undersigned furnished said materials to Darren R. Sutherland, who served as
a prime contractor, upon the contract made between Darren R. Sutherland and North
Ridge Homes. Inc. whereby North Ridge Homes, Inc. agreed to furnish lumber packages

and roof trusses in consideration of paýment to North Ridge Homes, Inc., within thirty (30)

days of date of invoice and under which contract the first materials were so furnished on
the 27th day of September, 2005 and the last were so furnished on the 17th day of October,
2005, and for all which materials the undersigned became entitled to $20,526.22.
Currently there is a balance due and owing to the undersigned in the amount of
$10,526.22, after deducting all just credits and offsets and for which demand the
undersigned holds and claims a lien by virtue of the provisions of Chapter 2, Title 29,
Wyoming Sta( Ann. 1977.
