KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That in consideration of the full payment of the indebtedness mentioned in a certain MORTGAGE dated
the 18tbday of October 2002 recorded in the Mortgage Record Book 502 at Page 660 in the office of the County
Clerk in and for Lincoln County executed by William Joshua Galloway And Melissa Galloway, Husband And
Wife in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), nominee for Major Mortgage and
in the original mortgage amount of $ 107,000,00 and on the following real property situated in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to-wit:
Legal: LOT 22 OF THE TEE-MONT SECOND FILING SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
The undersigned Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for the beneficial owner,
holder of the above-mentioned Note secured by the above mentioned Mortgage, does hereby acknowledge that the
beneficial owner has received full payment and satisfaction of said Note and Mortgage Deed, and surrenders the
same as canceled and hereby directs the Clerk of said Public Records to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., by the officer duly
authorized, has duly executed the foregoing instrument on the 21st day of December 2005,
