Slaughter, and James M. Smith, Successor Co-Trustees of the Jack M. Smith and Kathryne Mau Smith Revocable Trust, dated September 1, 1993, and of the Jack M. It is expressly understood and agreed that this instrument is to be construed as a conveyance in fee simple of all of the Grantors' interest in all of the oil, gas and other minerals in, under and upon the above described t~act of land, together with all rights of the Grantors in and to any and all existing oil, gas and other mineral leases, pooling and unit agreements and the like, insofar as they affect said property.
