FRANCIS D. and KAREN R. BROWN FAMILY TRUST, dated March 31,
1999, and THE FRED AND LINDA BROWN FAMILY TRUST, dated December 11,2001,
Grantors, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to TOWN OF AFfON, as recorded in the Official
Records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Grantee, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, their
successors, heirs or assigns an easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described
real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and
under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This ea~ement shall be for ingress, egress, and
pennanent easement for water line, Grantees property located in Mton, Wyoming, as described
in Assessor's Parcel No. 3218-19-3-00-21 Book 438 Page 601 to Page 603 in the Lincoln
County, Wyoming recorders office.
2. Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
A 7.5 foot water and utility easement lying south of the following described centerline.
Beginning at the West 1/16 corner of the SWII4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W of the 6th
Principal Meridian; thence S88°53'30"E, 700.51' to NE corner of a tract recorded in Book 438
Page 601 to Page 603 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence
SOoo12'OO"E, 366.91', to the True Point of Beginning; thence S89°06'19"E, 507.37', along
north line of a parcel recorded in Book 438 Page 601 to Page 603 in the Office of the Clerk of
Linèoln County, Wyoming; to the ending point at the intersection with the east line of said
parcel.

Containing 0.09 acres more or less:
The base bearing for this easement is the west line of the SWl/4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W,
being NOO° 12'00"W; as described in Book 485 page 726, in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.

3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this
instrument.
