GRANT OF EASEMENT

NELDA PARSONS, KARON MAY PARSONS, WALTER L. PARSONS,
NYLA PARSONS, LYNDON K. PARSONS, MAXINE PARSONS, and TERYL P.
PARSONS Grantors, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to TOWN OF AFfON, as recorded in the Official
Records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Grantee, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, their
successors, heirs or assigns an easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described
real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and
under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress, and
permanent easement for sewer line, Grantees property located in Afton, Wyoming, as described
in Assessor's Parcel No. 3218-19-3-00-009 Book 187 Page 709 in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming recorders office.
2. Description of easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
Beginning at the West 1/16 comer of the SW1I4 of Section 19, T32N, Rl18W of the 6th
principal meridian; thence S88° 53' 30" E, 47.14', to the True Point of Beginning; thence
commencing N 00° 34' 54" W, 181.15'; thence S89° 18' 27" W, 41.83'; thence N 01° 06' 12" E,
15.00'; thence N 89° 18' 27" E, 56.39'; thence S 00° 34' 54" E, 196.63'; thence N88° 53' 30"
W, 15.00', to the True Pont of Beginning.

Containing 0.08 acres more or less.
The base bearing for this easement is the west line of the SW1I4 of Section 19, T32N, Rl18W,
being NOoo12'00"W.
3. Bindin¡: Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in
this instrument.

In consideration for the granting of an easement to the Town of Afton from
NELDA P. PARSONS, KARON MAY PARSONS, WALTER L. PARSONS, NYLA
PARSONS, LYNDON K. PARSON, MAXINE PARSONS and TERYL P. PARSONS,
the Town of Afton Agrees to perform the following duties:
1. Pay the amount of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) for consideration
for the easement for the Town of Afton water, sewer, and utility lines.
2. All ground disturbed shall be reseeded and restored.
3. The existing house shall be allowed to connect to the sewer when the
above mentioned persons purchase a sewer hook up from the Town of Afton.
