TYSON V. THOMAS AND KRISTINE L. THOMAS, Grantors, of County of
Lincoln, State òf Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to TOWN OF AFrON, as recorded in the Official Records of the Lincoln County
Clerk, Grantee, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, their successors, heirs or assigns an
easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress, and
permanent easement for water line, Grantees property located in Afton, Wyoming, as described
in Assessor's Parcel No. 3218-19-3-00-011 Book 492 Page 731 to 734 in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming recorders office.
2. Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
A 15 foot water and utility easement lying 7.5 feet on either side of the following described
centerline.
Beginning at the West 1/16 corner of the SW1I4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W of the 6th
Principal Meridian; thence S88°53 '30"E, 700.51' to NW corner of a tract recorded in Book 492
Page 731 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence SOooI2'00"E,
366.91'; thence S89°06' 19"E, 507.37', to the True Point of Beginning; thence S89°06' 19"E,
15.0'; thence SOool7'47"W, 329.82'; thence N89°35'22"W, 459.41'; to a point on the east line
of an existing 60' wide access and utility easement recorded in book 492, page 743 in the office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Containing 0.34 acres more or less.
And,
~2 A 7.5 foot water and utility easement lying north of the following described centerline.

Beginning at the West 1/16 corner of the SW1I4 of Section 19, T32N, RllªW of the 6th
Principal Meridian; thence S88°53 '30"E, 700.51' to NW corner of a tract recorded in Book 492
Page 731 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence SOooI2'00"E, 366.91',
to the True Point of Beginning; thence S89°06' 19"E, 507.37', along south line of said parcel to
the intersection with the west line of said parcel.
Containing 0.09 acres more or less.
The base bearing fòr this easement is the west line of the SW1/4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W,
being NOooI2'OO"W; as described in Book 492 page 734, in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in
this instrument.
