GRANT OF EASEMENT
TYSON V. and KRISTINE L. THOMAS, Grantors, of County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to TOWN OF AFfON, as recorded in the Official Records of the Lincoln County
Clerk, Grantee, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, their successors, heirs or assigns an
easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress, and
permanent easement for sewer line, Grantees property located in Afton, Wyoming, as described
in Assessor's Parcel No. 3218-19-3-00-011 Book 492 Page 731 in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming recorders office.
2. Description of easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
A 15 foot sewer and utility easement lying 7.5 feet on either side of the following
described centerline.
Beginning at a spike on the west line of the S 1I2SW1/4 of Section 19, said spike being
NOooI2'00"W, 673.85' from the southwest corner of said Sl/2SWl/4; thence S89°36'18"E,
760.37'; along the north line of a utility easement recorded in book 492, page 734 in the office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; to a point on the east side of said utility easement;
thence SOooI2'00"E, 29.45' to the True Point of Beginning; thence N89°35'23"E, 473' to the
ending point.
Containing 0.16 acres more or less.
The base bearing for this easement is the west line of the SWl/4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W,
being NOO° 12 'OO"W; as described in Book 492 page 734, in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.

3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in
this instrument.
