I, Katherine Rosas, of Rocky Mountain Title Insur.ance Agency, certify the following:
That 1Jnder the date of December 16,2005, for valuable consideration, Raymond S.
Petersen & SDns, Inc., B Wyoming corporation, by deed of that date, which deed was
duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on JanJ.JBry 5, 2006, in Book
609PR, Page 32, conveyed to Robert S. Back and Laura Lee Beck, husband and wife,
the following described Jand, to-wit:
Lot 2 of Smith's Fork Subdivision JI, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof
That I personally prepared the deed referenced æove.
That the last name of one of the grantees name was misspelled Back on the deed.
That the correct spelling of the last name is Beck.
