KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That M. Bart Kunz and Denice F. Kunz,
husband and wife. of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein
and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto M. Bart Kunz and Denice
F. Kunz and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Bart and Denice
Kunz Family Trust between Grantors and Trustees, dated the 1 st day of January, 2006, M. Bart
Kunz and Denice F. Kunz, beneficiaries, of 170 Bowles Lane, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the
