RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A
Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of February 20, 2004, made and executed by Melvin Thomas Broadhead and
Dorothy Marie Broadhead, Husband and Wife, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star
Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of $75,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
