I, Sterling L. Weber, being first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as follows:
1. That I am a joint Trustee named in the
dated April 28, 1977
The Sterling L. Weber Family Revocable Trùst,
2. That on January 18, 1983 in Book 196 PR., Page 206, of the records of Lincoln County Clerk
was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Sterling L. Weber and Marian C. Weber, husband and wife,
as Grantors and Sterling L. Weber and Marian C. Weber, Trustees, conveying the following
described land:
See attached Exhibit "A"
3. The Quitclaim Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly defined as required
by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) in that the name and date of the Trust was not shown. The name and
date of the Trust is The Sterling L. Weber Family Revocable Trust dated April 18, 1977
