National Bank , a corporation,
does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date the 26th Day of April ,2004
made and executed by Martin P. Kay and Helen J. Kay, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
, as mortgagor, to Community First National Bank
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$ 87,340.69 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, On the 23rd day of
April 2004 , as Document No. 898762 in Book 553 of Mortgages,
at page 278 , and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 306 of the Paris Park Third Addition, to the town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof
And

Lots 113, 114, and 115 of Nordic Ranches Division No.8, LincolnCounty, Wyoming, according to the plat
filed in the Office of the County Clerk as Plat No. 312-A
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
