KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Clealon D. Hyde and Elaine Hyde,
Trustees of the Clealon D. Hyde and Elaine Hyde Family Revocable Trust dated 9-18-
1997, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, do hereby certify that a certain
mortgage bearing date the 22nd day of April , A.D. 20 02 ,
made and executed by Kyle L. Erickson and Wendy D. Erickson, Trustees for the Kyle L.
Erickson and Wendy D. Erickson Revocable Trust dated December 21, 1994, as
mortgagor to Clealon D. Hyde and Elaine Hyde, Trustees for the ClealonD. Hyde and
Elaine Hyde Family Revocable Trust dated September 18, 1997, as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$220,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
23Td day of April, 2002, in Book ~PR, of Mortgages, as page 95, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
"All lands described in said mortgage"
is, with note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and
quit claim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
