to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

whose address is P.O. Box 11, Afton, WY 83110 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the
following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 19, T32N Rl18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "DESCRIPTION for Rockbridge, LLC
Rockbridge, LLC Quitclaim Tract" dated 1 July 2005.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.

thence N89°-45'-41"E, 1326.90 feet, along the south line of said NWY-iSEY-i, to the
southeast corner thereof;
thence NOoo-28'-45"W, 27.25 feet, along the east line of said NWY-iSEY-i, to a point;
thence S89°·31 ' -33"W, 1326.86 feet, to a point on the west line of said NWY-iSEY-i;
