CORRECTION OF
OIL AND GAS LEASE
WHEREAS, Johanna Mau and her successors, Trustee for the uses and purposes set forth in the William P. Mau Family
Revocable Trust dated October, 22,1990, William P. Mau and Johanna Mau, Beneficiaries (Lessors), did make and execute unto
Zenergy, Inc., 1202 East 33rd Street, Tulsa, OK 74105 (Lessee), a certain Oil and Gas Lease (said Lease), covering Lessor's interest
in those certain lands, situate in the t:ounty of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows, to-wit:
Township 20 North, Ranee 115 West, 6th p, M.
Section 6: Lots 1(31.12),2(31.11),3(31.10),4(32.85),
5(42.04), 6(41.95), EV2SW~, NW~SE~
Township 21 North, Range 115 West, 6th P. M.
Section 34: SE~SW~, and that part of the SE~ lying South
of the centerline of the Oregon Short Line
Railroad Company

which said Oil and Gas Lease is recorded at Book 607, Page 156 (Receiving #914313) of the Oil and Gas Records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, said Lease contains an error in that the effective date of the said Lease is listed as being the date of said Lease (November
15, 2005), and

WHEREAS, the effective date of said Lease should have been listed as being the date as determined by and under the terms and
conditions as contained within the "Top Lease Addendum To Oil and Gas Lease" as attached to said lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, for a valuable consideration, and for the purpose of making the said Lease more definite and certain in respect
to the effective date of said Lease, the undersigned, Johanna Mau and her successors, Trustee for the uses and purposes set forth
in the William P. Mau Family Revocable Trust dated October, 22,1990, William P. Mau and Johanna Mau, Beneficiaries does
hereby declare that it was and is his intention to lease the above described lands to Zenergy, Inc.; and the undersigned hereby amends
said Lease in respect to the effective date of said Lease so that the effective date of said Lease as listed on the said Lease shall be that
date as determined by and under the terms and conditions as contained within the "Top Lease Addendum To Oil and Gas Lease" as
attached to said lease, as aforesaid, and the undersigned further agrees and declares that said Oil and Gas Lease in all of its terms and
provisions is binding upon the undersigned and is a valid and subsisting oil and gas lease and that this instrument shall be binding upon
the respective heirs executors, administrators, successors or assigns of the undersigned.
