Those easements recorded in Book 579PR, Page ]95 to Mt. Top LLC; and
Those easements recorded in Book 579PR, Page 198 to James E. Sherbin; and
Those easements recorded in Book 586PR, pages 377 and 379 to Samuel R. Vansickle.
(It is noted that the purpose of this cancellation of easements is to clear up outstanding title issues within
the above mentioned deeds. Mauri Ventures LLC has since purchased the properties ITom these
organizations and individuals.)
