KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Laniece Day and Mark Wolfley, Trustees of
the Ada Clarice Wolfley Irrevocable Living Trust dated May 21, 2003, does hereby certify
that promissory note and mortgage bearing the date of May 21, 2003 made and executed by
W3Il E. Wolfley and Susan Wolfley, as mortgagors to Laniece Day and Mark Wolfley,
Trustees of the Ada Clarice Wolfley Irrevocable Living Trust dated May 21,2003 as mortgagees
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $50,170.04 as
therein sQ¡.ted, which promissory note and mortgage were recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex.-OfficioRegister of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 30,2003
and 1une 2, 2003 in Bookg1.PR on page 129 and Book 522PR on page 418 mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
All lands described in said mortgage.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and qUitclaim
umo the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
