assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the cons1ruction and continued

the Grantee to be constructed and mainta~ undc:r, upon and across the prenúses of Grantor in LIncoln
County, State of Wyoming. along a line described as follows, to wit
BEING located in the SEI/4NW1I4 of Section 20, TI7N, RIl8W in Lincoln County, Wyoming mOle
accurately described as follows.
BEGINNING at a position on the West line ofPalisadc Pines, a subdivision of Record in the Office of11:e
Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 253-B, S06°.5S'50"E, 25 fect ftom the Northwest corner or Lot 4 (If

The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the
transmission or distribution of clcctricity, and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing
and information is available upon request iÌom the Grantee. This Easement by Grantor is intended to
include so ~uc~ ~ace aa i~ 11~~ or ~ppr~~ ~ ~ pr~~~ of EMF and reasonable opc..-raiion (,f
the(Jrantee's distribution linea.

Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other facilities, installed on or under the descn'bcd lands shaU
remain the property of the Grantee removable in the sole discretion of the Grantee at the Grantee's Cxpcn&I.

parties, their heirs, executoIII, adminiatrators, successors and assigns. Grantor shall compensate Grantee f(1f
any damages to Grantee's facilities caused by Grantor, including payment of Grantee's attorney fees .f
