Beginning at a point S 0°36'02" E, 296.86 feet from the BLM type monument found
marking the North Quarter Corner of sai4 Section 31, and running thence S 89°40'41"
E, 305,16 feet to a point on a spiral in the west right of way line of Highway 89;
thence southerly along last said spiral, a chord of said spiral bearing S 6°06'10"
E, 45,74 feet to a Highway monument marking the beginning of a circular
curve having a radius of 1984,859 feet;
thence running along last said curve through a central angle of 8 ° 31' 51" an arc
distance of 295.5279 feet;
thence running S 89°07'37" W, 144.07 feet to the centerline of the Old Road
from Smoot to Afton;
thence N 38°21'00" W, along said centerline 359,15 feet;
thence N 0036'02" W, 53,92 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
