QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
SHELLEY REEVE
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 001100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
TODD L. MOORES
whose address is 1121 Lupine Lane, Kemmerer, WY 83101 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claimand demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in
or to all the following described premises, to-wit: .
A parcel ofland in Section 2, T22N R1l6W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
known as the N hSW~SW~ of said Section 2, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a G.L.O. Brass cap common to Section 2, 3, 10 and 11, thence N 0026'34" E,
659,70 feet along the West line of said Section 2 to a point being the Southwest corner of the said
N hSW~SW~ of said Section 2, and also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N 0°26'34" E, 659,70 feet along the West line of said Section 2 to a point being
the Northwest corner of the SW~SW~ of said Section 2;
thence S 89055'49" E, 1317.33 feet along the North line of the SW~SW~ of said
Section 2 to a point being the Northeast corner of the said SW~SW~ of said
Section 2;
thence S 0°23'14" W, 659.47 feet along the East line of the said SW~SW~ of said
Section 2 to a point being the Southeast corner of the N1hSW~SW~ of said
Section 2;
thence N 89°56'24" W, 1317.98 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

NW~SW A of Section 2, T22N R1l6W of the 6th P.M., LincolnCounty, Wyoming.
Together with the right of ingress and egress over the land as described in the Right of Way
Grant from the United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management to Mark
Domek recorded February 10, 1995 in Book 364PR on page 762 and assigned to Todd L.
Moores in the Decision recorded March 27, 1995 in Book 366PR on page 289 of Lincoln County
public records.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
