HomeMy WebLinkAbout915653 ... r"n01 ,.-.,4 \·,\)~....t GRANT OF EASEMENT RING ENTERPRISES, LLC, Grantor, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to TOWN OF AFfON, as recorded in the Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Grantee, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, their successors, heirs or assigns an easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress, and underground utilities to Grantors property located in Afton, Wyoming. 2. Description of easement. The easement shall occupy the following described property: The west twenty (20) feet of Parcel A and Parcel B as depicted on that plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming titled, "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY PARCEL DIVISION APPLICATION FOR RING ENTERPRISES, LLC WITHIN THE NORTH AFfON WATER AND SEWER ANNEXA nON IN THE N 1/2S 1/2SW1/4NW1/4 SECfION 19 T32N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 11 November 2005, as revised. 3. Grantees duty to repair. In the event the Grantee is required to enter upon the Grantor's property for the purposes of installation, repair or replacement of the utilities within the area of the easement, the Grantee shall replace and repair the area disrupted by the Grantee according to the reasonable specifications provided by the Grantor. 4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
