THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of January, 2006, by and between LEISURE
VALLEY, INC.,a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of NEVADA, duly authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its
principal place of business in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and
Foremaster 1984 Trust dtd 12/27/84
