part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 410 of
Photostatic Records on page 823 and in Book 472 of Photostatic Records on page 060,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast spike of that tract of record in said Office in Book 146 of
Photostatic Records on page 684, SOoo-32'-06"E, 577.50 feet from the northeast comer of
said SE ¥4NE~;
thence SOoo-32' -06"E, 201.66 feet, along the east line of said SE1f4NEV., to a spike;
thence S89°-52'-29"W, 373.57 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
SEY-iNE¥4, to a point under a north/south fence line;
thence NOoo-10'-21"W, 281.51 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the south line of Lot
6 of the Budd M. Rich Subdivision of record in said Office as Plat No. 287;
