Notice is hereby given that JIM DUANE ALLRED and LYNNE ALLRED, husband and
wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming do hereby terminate, abandon and forever quit claim
to BRIAN KING and KRISTALYN KING, husband and wife, the Easement Recorded in Book
BEGINNING at the southeast spike of that tract of record in said Office in Book 146 of
Photostatic Records on page 684, SOO° 32'06"E, 577.50 feet from the northeast corner of said
SEl/4NEl/4;
Thence SOO° 32'06"E, 277.66 feet, along the east line of said SEl/4NE1I4, to a spike;
Thence S89° 52'29"W, 385.00 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
SEl/4NEl/4, to a point;
Thence NOO° 32'06"W, 224.92 feet, along a line parallel with said east line, to a point;
Thence N89° 28'00" E, 220.00 feet to the southwest point of said tract in Book 146;
Thence continuing, N89° 28'00" E, 165.00 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book
146, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 2.00 acres more or less;

RESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a right of ingress and
egress and utilities over, under, and across a strip of land within said SEl/4NE1I4, being the
north sixty (60) feet of the above described tract;
Each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFrON WY
PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
Each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
Each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFrON WY PLS 5368" with appropriate details;
All in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled' JIM DUANE ALLRED AND LYNNE ALLRED PLAT OF TRACfS WITHIN
THE SEl/4NEl/4 SECfION 26 T32N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 16
August, 2001, as revised.
