That MAC DONALD OLIVER, III, whose address is P. O. Box 3448, Durango,
Colorado 81302 (hereinafter called "Assignor") for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10,00) cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, CONVEY,
TRANSFER, ASSIGN and DELNER unto THE M. DON OLIVER, III, TRUST dated May
11, 2005, whose address is P. O. Box 3448, Durango, Colorado 81302 (hereinafter called
"Assignee"), all his right, title and interest in and to mineral leasehold interests, overriding
royalty interests, mineral interests and royalty interests in and under and that may be produced
from any and all lands located in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
It is the intent of Assignor to convey any and all mineral leasehold interests, overriding
royalty interests, mineral interests and royalty interests held by Assignor in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to said Assignee,
f TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the interest conveyed hereby unto Assignee, and
Assignee's successors and assigns forever. This conveyance is executed and delivered without
warranty, express or implied.
EXECUTED effective the 1 SI day of January, 2006.
