Taylor, being of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law, upon my oath, depose and state: 1, That I am of adult age, a resident of Montpelier, Idaho; and, Affiant herein, , 2. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer, Wyoming in Book 317PR on page 183 is recorded a Warranty Deed, The Warranty Deed, dated the 25th day of September, 1992 conveys unto Robert J. Taylor and Doris L. Taylor, husband and wife, EtAI the following described property, to-wit: Part of Section 13, T26N R120W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the SE}4 of said Section 13 and, running thence North 40 feet; thence East 2640 feet; thence South 40 feet; thence West 2640 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, 3. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer, Wyoming in Book 31 2PR on page 286 is recorded a Warranty Deed. The Warranty Deed, dated the 23rd day of June, 1992 conveys unto Robert J. Taylor and Doris L. Taylor, husband and wife, EtAI a single person, the following described property, to- wit: E%SWY4, NWY4SWY4, SWY4NWY4 and S%SEY4 of Section 19, T26N R119W of the 6th P,M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. 4, That said Doris L. Taylor died on the 29th day of October, 1998, and a copy of the original certificate of death, certified to as true an correct by public authority in which the original of said certificate is a matter of record, is attached hereto as Exhibit II A ". 7 5. That by reason of death of said Doris L. Taylor and by reason of §2-9-1 02 W.S.
