Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Clifton Max Amundsen,
Trustee of the Max R. Amundsen Trust, dated May 23, 1990, amended April
10, 1998, of the County of Salt Lake I State of Utah , in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis,
release and forever quitclaim unto Clifton Max Amundsen, Virginia Lynn
Nance and Kathryn A. Kunkel, as tenants in common, whose mailing address
is 805 Parkview Or., Park City, Utah 84098 ,all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as the trust may have or
ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
Lot 7 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 15, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Known as: 158 Snow Forest Drive
Thayne, WY 83127
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
