" Lori McReynolds, being first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as follows:
1. That I am a joint Trustee named in the Harry and Lori McReynolds Living
Trust dated December 7, 1995.
2, That on December 14, 1999 in Book 439PR on page 400 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recorded a Warranty Deed from Harry N. McReynolds to The Harry &
Lori McReynolds Irrevocable Trust Harry N. & Lori H. McReynolds Trustees conveying the
following described land:
A portion of the NEJ4NEJ4 of Section 24, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 63 J1 rods, more or less, South and 28 rods, more or less, West
of the northeast corner of said Section 24 (said point being the Northwest corner of
that tract of record in Book 103PR on page 166, Dee W. Call and Diane F. Call) and
running, .
thence N 0°06' V\I, along the west boundary line of that tract of record in
Book 130PR, Page 286 (Boyd and Carol 'Roberts Tract) 134.47 feet to
the northwest corner of said Roberts' tract, being also the southwest
corner of that, tract of record in Book 136PR, Page 451 (Circle E Tract);
thence N 02 ° 18' W, along the west boundary line of said Circle E tract
399,76 feet to the northwest corner of said Circle E tract;
thence West, parallel to the north boundary line of said NEv"NEv", 52 rods
(858 feetJ, more or less, to the west boundary line of said NE~NE~i
thence south, along said west boundary line, 535.11 feet, more or less to the
northwest corner of that tract sold to Dee W. Call and Diane F Call,
pursuant to a Real Estate Sales Agreement dated September 22, 7992;
thence east, along the north boundary line of last said tract 52 rods (858
feetJ, more or less, to the point of beginning. '

All lands lying east of that tract of record in Book 136PRI Page 451 (Circle E. Trace)
and west of the east boundary line of said NEJ4NEJ4 of Section 24, T32N R119W
of the 6th P,M., Lincoln CountYI Wyomingl the north and south boundary lines of
said Circle E Tract being thus extended approximately 50 feet to said east boundary

3. The Warranty Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly
defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) in that the date of the Trust was not shown.
The date of the Trust is December 7, 7995,
