Dory, husband and wife, tenancy by the entireties, of the. County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit: That property described in attached "Exhibit A - Description for Dory Parcel" attached hereto and incorporated by reference ~'7 ( Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto. ALSO A portion ofthe NEl/4NE1f4 of Section 24, T32N R119W ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 63l/2 rods, more or less, South and 28 rods, more or less, West of the northeast corner of said Section 24 (said point being the Northwest corner of that tract of record in Book 103PR on page 166, Dee W. Call and Diane F.
