WARRANTY DEED
Joe Dory, grantor of the county of Lincoln, state of Wyoming, for and in
consideration often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Joe Dory and Sharon H. Dory, husband
and wife, tenancy by the entireties, of the. County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
That property described in attached "Exhibit A - Description
for Dory Parcel" attached hereto and incorporated by reference

Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated
or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.

A portion of the NEl/4NEl/4 of Section 24, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more specifically described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies S 0°06' E, 469.52 feet and S 87°21' W, 50.05 feet
from the northeast corner of said Section, said point located on the west right of
way line of U.S. Highway 89 North, running S 0°06' E, 421.43 feet, along said
right of way line;
thence S 89°54' W, 477.80 feet;
thence N 2°18' W, 399.76 feet;
thence N 87°21' E, 493.63 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO
A portion ofthe NEl/4NE1f4 of Section 24, T32N R119W ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 63l/2 rods, more or less, South and 28 rods, more or less,
West of the northeast corner of said Section 24 (said point being the Northwest
corner of that tract of record in Book 103PR on page 166, Dee W. Call and Diane
F. Call) and running
thence N 0 ° 06' W, along the west bóundary line of that tract of record in
Book 130PR, Page 286 (Boyd and Carol Roberts Tract) 134-47 feet
to the northwest corner of said Roberts' tract, being also the
