PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That The Bank of Star Valley, a corporation of the
United States of America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of December 27,
2001 made and executed by Rhea Roberts Miles, Trustee or her successor in trust under the
Rhea Roberts Miles Living Trust dated December 31, 1996 and GPS, Inc., as mortgagors,
to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $307,700.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on January 2, 2002 in the Book 480PR on page 376; also, recorded January 9,
2002 in the Book 480PR on page 862 mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, tò wit:
Lot 14 of Rockbridge Meadows First Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 360-D filed July 14, 2005 as Instrument
No. 909983 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of
the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and thereby.
