KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT SHOSHONE FIRST BANK, P.O. BOX 1330, CODY, of
the County of PARK, and State of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing date the 2nd day of
May, 2005 made and executed by Sherrie Quinn and Jimmy Roberson, as tenants in common, as mortgagors, to
SHOSHONE FIRST BANK, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$10.00 OR MORE, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded the 9th day of May, 2005, Document # 908236, at
Book 584PR, Page 866 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 20 of Cedar Creek Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as

Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
