QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
LONNÅ’EJ.ANDERSON
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
LONNIE J. ANDERSON, JOSEPH E. LINT AND KEVIN L. ANDERSON,
Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship,
whose address is 209 Mica Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101 their heirs, successors and assigns, forever,
all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter
acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2 of Block 6 of the Willow Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 196 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk; and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence N 04°38' E, along the easterly
boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 73.4 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description;
thence continuing N 04 °38' E, along said easterly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance
of 66.6 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 2;
thence N 85°22' W, along the northerly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 3.35
feet;
thence S 4 °29 '24" W, along the center partition wall of a garage and then along a north-
south running fence line separating the driveway, a distance of 69.56 feet;
thence N 51 °42' E, a distance of 4.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO, a parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2 of Block 6 of the Willow Addition to the Town
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 196 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk; and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 2, where is found a 5/8" diameter rebar with
aluminum CCI survey cap;
thence N 04°38' E, along the East boundary of said Lot 2, a distance of 73.4 feet;
thence S 51 °42' W, a distance of 4.34 feet to a point on a north-south fence line;
thence S 4°29'24" W, along said north-south fence line a distance of 70.45 feet to a
point on the southerly boundary line of said Lot 2
thence S 85°22' E, along said southerly boundary line of said Lot 2, a distance of 3.0
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
I State of Wyoming.
